KEEP GENIALITY, CREATE THE FUTURE
In the 1960s, a house that the city had never seen before was built in Hamburg's up-and-coming City Nord. Not only the formal rigor of the architecture, but also the exceptionally designed interiors caused a stir - and of course the architect Arne Jacobsen who was responsible for it. Today – more than 50 years later – we see how this already exceptionally modern design reaches a new, exciting dimension. The Arne Jacobsen House will create a strong, identity-forming place that focuses on the diverse needs of a new work culture.
19.09.2023: The Hamburg-Nord district office has issued the building permit for the extensive revitalization of the listed Arne Jacobsen House in September 2023. Our ambitious plan to transform the well-known office building in the Elbe metropolis into a modern new work spot can start in the second half of 2024.
